Openhouse operates 8 centers in Bangalore and Kolkata and aims to create learning hubs which are complementary to schools. Students aged 4 to 18 years come for classes in nuanced categories like Robotics, Theatre, Public Speaking and more. My involvement in this project combined by love for dance and for education as I worked closely with this company to improve enrolments for the dance category.

The dance category was seeing low enrolments across all centers. The company was not sure if the category should be shutdown entirely.

Results
After 2 months of class observations, interaction with teachers and parents I concluded that the category had hopes for revival. For next 2 months, I worked closely with the team to recommend changes in style, curriculum and also teacher persona. I outlined session plans, workshops and supported hiring processes and marketing activities which soon led to positive growth in enrolments.
